We do things the right way, not the easy way, because your food should come with a story and a standard.

Founded by Ryan Dirteater, a retired professional bull rider, and April Dirteater, a registered dietitian, our ranch blends grit with science. What started with a few head of cattle and a dream has grown into a full-circle operation focused on health, for the animal, the land, and the families we feed.
